A native Californian, Sandhya comes from a picturesque valley north of Los Angeles called Ojai. Her unusual childhood was enriched by global travels and educational experiences. She attended The Rishi Valley School, in South India and Brockwood Park – a residential school for higher education – in Hampshire, England. She studied at Queen Maud’s Memorial College in Trondheim, Norway where she majored in Child Psychology and Education. After moving to San Diego to start a family, Sandhya managed the marketing for her family-owned international import and retail business.
